低功率氦氖激光治療兒童弱視的臨床觀察

　　【摘要】 目的：觀察低功率氦氖激光聯(lián)合電腦中頻脈沖治療兒童弱視的臨床療效,。方法：總結(jié)分析對(duì)137例226眼,，年齡4—15y,，平均10.69±03.71y,，男59例,、女78例兒童弱視,，用低功率變頻、擴(kuò)束氦氖激光聯(lián)合電腦中頻脈沖治療,。用0.32mw的低功率氦氖激光每日照射3—5min,、電腦中頻脈沖治療20min，連續(xù)治療20d為一療程,。每十天檢查視力一次,，根據(jù)患者的屈光狀態(tài)和視力變化而調(diào)整激光治療時(shí)間。結(jié)果：用低功率變頻,、擴(kuò)束氦氖激光聯(lián)合電腦中頻脈沖治療兒童弱視,，基本治愈率為54.4%，總有效率為91.5%,。其中不同年齡弱視中以4—7y療效,，129眼有效率為91.1%;不同類型弱視中以屈光不正性弱視療效,，148眼有效率為94.7%;不同程度的弱視以輕度弱視療效，138眼有效率為95.4%;不同注視性質(zhì)的弱視以中心凹注視療效194眼,，有效率為95.7%,。結(jié)論：低功率氦氖激光聯(lián)合電腦中頻脈沖治療兒童弱視時(shí)間短，療效好,，能提高患者及家長(zhǎng)對(duì)弱視治療的信心和依從性,。

　　Low Power He-Ne Laser in the Clinical Observation of Amblyopic Children

　　Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of low power He-Ne laser combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of amblyopic children. Methods The Low power frequency change, He-Ne laser joint with computer medium frequency electrotherapy in treating 137 cases of 226 amblyopic eyes aged 4 - 15, average 10.69±03.71. The number of male is 59 and female 78. The low power He-Ne laser of 0.32mw irradiated the amblyopic eyes 3 – 5 minutes per day and 20 minutes with medium frequency electrotherapy, continuous treatment of 20 days. Check the eyesight every 10 days, and adjust the laser illuminative time according to refractive state and eyesight change. Results The basic cure rate is 54.4% and the total effective rate is 91.5% with the low power frequency change, He-Ne laser combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of amblyopic children. The efficacy for aged 4 – 7 is the best among different ages; the effective rate of 148 eyes is 94.7%. Amblyopia in the 4to 7 age group has the best effect; the effective rate is 91.1% of 129 eyes. The refractive amblyopia in different types of amblyopia has the best effect; the effective rate is 94.7% of 148 eyes. The mid amblyopia in different degrees of amblyopia has the best effect; the effective rate is 95.4% of 138 eyes. The center concave watching in different watching natures of amblyopia has the best effect; the effective rate is 95.7% of 194 eyes. Conclusion Low Power He-Ne laser can shorten the course of treatment of amblyopia; improve the confidence and compliance of the amblyopia children and their parents in treating amblyopia.
